01 Getting started
Gaga runs in the browser on phones, tablets and desktops — there's nothing to install to try it. Confirm you're 18 or older, allow camera and microphone when prompted, and you'll be matched with someone new in seconds. If matching won't start, check that your browser has permission to use the camera and microphone, and that no other app is using them.
02 Reporting, blocking & leaving
Report, block and leave controls appear on every screen during a session. To report someone, pick a concrete reason (for example, sexually offensive, violence or threats, abuse or bullying, or an underage concern), then leave or block them. For serious matters, escalate to [email protected] with as much detail as you can. See our Community Guidelines for what is and isn't allowed.
03 Account, payments & billing
Some features may be available without registration. Where you have an account, keep your details accurate and your credentials private. If you purchase Virtual Items, payments are handled by third-party processors (such as app stores); for receipts or billing disputes, start with that provider, and contact us if you still need help. To close your account, follow the steps on Delete account.
04 Privacy & your data
We collect only what we need to run a fast, safe service, and live conversations are not recorded by default. You can request access to or deletion of your data, and exercise other rights, by emailing [email protected]. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
